Modern Farm House Meets Vernon, TX
Our property refresh is moving forward and we’re thrilled with the results so far.
We started with a fresh vision: Modern Farm House Meets Vernon, Texas. The designers then mapped out a beautiful combination of colors, art and furniture, bringing the outdoors inside for residents of Eagle Flats Village to enjoy.

The refresh project is occurring over phases and the residents are getting in on all the action. First came removing the old and tired wallpaper that darkened hallways. We immediately noticed a difference. That was followed by fresh texture and paint to brighten up the halls.
Next, we removed the old worn green carpet and replaced it with new flooring – a combination of wood vinyl plank and modern carpet.
The next and final phase is planned for early fall and will include upgraded common area furniture and lighting.
After that, we’ll be finished and will host an event to celebrate breathing new life into our beloved community. The team at Eagle Flats Village is beyond excited to see these changes come to life!
